Alan successfully led a small team of 3 attorneys against several of the largest construction companies in North America when they failed to pay their employees properly during the construction of the Miami Marlins ballpark, and succeeded in clarifying the law along the way. A victory against discrimination
In a recent federal case in Indianapolis, Alan successfully obtained a confidential settlement against a hospital lab corporation which tolerated a racially hostile work environment, having failed to respond to employee complaints for several months before the employee was forced to resign.
